VidyutTech raised approximately ₹82.9 crore ($10 million) from the fundraise.

VidyutTech has raised approximately ₹82.9 crore ($10 million), in a mix of equity and debt, from a Series A fundraise led by 3one4 Capital.

The fundraise also saw participation from Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund, Saison Capital, Alteria Capital, AL Trust, LV Angel Fund, etc.

NovoJuris Legal advised VidyutTech in the transaction and handled the drafting and negotiations of the transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Ashwin Bhat (Partner), Amol Chitnis (Junior Partner) and Richa Agrawal (Associate).
