Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has acquired assets and intellectual property from Dice Enterprises, which include AI-enabled spend management platform, enterprise customer contracts, proprietary intellectual property, and technology infrastructure.

The acquisition of DICE is intended to enhance Zaggle's AI-powered spend management and enterprise automation capabilities, as well as to broaden its enterprise customer base and technology assets.
