Behno, a New York-based womenswear label, has recently engaged the Bollywood actress, Katrina Kaif as its brand ambassador.

Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to Behno and reviewed and negotiated the endorsement agreement executed with Katrina Kaif and her talent management agency.

The transaction was led by a team comprising of Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner), Akanksha Dua (Principal Associate) and Aparna Amnerkar (Associate).

With Kaif as their brand ambassador, Behno is launching its ethically made handbags and luxury leather goods in India.
