PeopleCert Group has acquired 100% stake in DP Cube Learning and Skills Private Limited from the existing shareholders of DP Cube.

Pioneer Legal advised and assisted PeopleCert in relation to this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Narendra Dingankar (Partner) and Jinal Shah (Associate).
