Pioneer Legal, SAM, Samvad, Triumvir act on fundraise of Amber

Amber Internet Solutions Private Limited has successfully concluded its first institutional fund raise which involved an equity plus debt investment of about $21 million from Gaja Capital and other investors.

Pioneer Legal advised the lead investor Gaja Capital (acting through Gaja Capital India Fund 2020 LLP) in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Satish Kishanchandani (Managing Partner), Anupam Shukla (Partner), Adwait Munje (Principal Associate), Vedika Shah (Senior Associate), Niyati Khullar (Associate) and Shreya Masalia (Associate).
