Synokem Pharma has acquired 74% stake in Nitin Lifesciences.

Synokem Pharmaceuticals, backed by private equity firm, TA Associates, has acquired 74% stake in Nitin Lifesciences Limited, owned by Recipharm Holding India Private Limited.

Pioneer Legal acted for Synokem Pharmaceuticals and TA Associates in this acquisition deal.
