G Corp Homes Private Limited (GHL) and its shareholders sold their shareholding in GHL to Macrotech Developers Limited.

Quillon Partners advised GHL and its shareholders in this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Ankit Majmudar (Partner) and Sunandan Majumdar (Partner).

This marks the entry in the Bengaluru market for Macrotech Developers, which markets its properties under Lodha brand.
