Boon (Swajal Water Private Limited) has received a foreign direct investment of $5 million from Spanish-based ROCA Group Ventures and Innovations S.A.

Rajani Associates has advised and assisted Boon and its promoters on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Prem Rajani (Managing Partner), Amish Shroff (Partner), Karen Issac (Senior Associate) and Ruchi Sethna (Associate).
