Rajani Associates advises Wanbury on ₹205 crore redemption of debentures

The Firm also advised the Company on refinancing facilities obtained for the redemption.

Wanbury Limited has made a early redemption of its secured, unlisted, redeemable and non-convertible debentures aggregating ₹205 crore.

Rajani Associates advised Wanbury, Promoters of the Company and other security providers (being group entities of the Company) on this redemption of debentures, as well as, on refinancing facilities obtained from certain NBFCs for said redemption.

The transaction was led by Rajeev Nair (Partner), with support from Gitika Makhija (Principal Associate) and S. Shivganesh (Principal Associate).
