Rajaram, IndusLaw, DSK act on upGrad acquiring TalentEdge

The acquisition amounts to ₹350-400 crores

Ed-tech pioneer upGrad has recently acquired TalentEdge, a platform offered by Arrina Education Services Private Limited, that provides video courses aimed at higher education.

The acquisition was structured as a share swap.

Rajaram Legal advised upGrad on the deal. The team was led by Archana Rajaram (Managing Partner), with the assistance of Supratim Guha (Senior Associate) and Pratik Bhat (Associate).

The Due Diligence team was led by IndusLaw, and consisted of Pallavi Kanakagiri (Partner) and Nishihi Shah (Associate).

DSK Legal represented TalentEdge and Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office, with a team led by Hemang Parkekh (Partner) and Saumya Malviya (Associate).
