Saga Legal advises Ultrahuman on $70 million fundraise

The fresh capital will support Ultrahuman’s continued investment in research and development across multiple spheres.

Ultrahuman has raised $70 million from a fundraise led by Qualcomm Ventures, with participation from Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Alteria Capital and other investors.

Saga Legal advised Ultrahuman across the transaction on documentation, negotiations and execution of the investment. The Firm also assisted on the transaction process through closing, working closely with Ultrahuman’s in-house legal team.

The transaction team consisted of Neeraj Vyas (Partner), Ayush Maheshwari (Senior Associate) and Mehak Chadha (Senior Associate).

The Ultrahuman in-house legal team consisted of Abhilasha Bhatnagar (General Counsel) and Shashank Sharma (Senior Corporate Counsel).

Founded by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, Ultrahuman is a healthtech company known for its smart ring and health intelligence ecosystem.

The fresh capital will support Ultrahuman’s continued investment in research and development across sensing technologies, artificial intelligence, miniaturized electronics and health algorithms. The company also plans to expand its Blood Vision blood-testing offering and M1 continuous glucose monitoring platform across global markets.
