SAM acts on Nazara's ₹918 crore stake acquisition in Bluetile Games and BestPlay Systems

The transaction provides Nazara access to Bluetile and BestPlay’s portfolio of casual and social mobile games.

Nazara Technologies Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Nazara Technologies UK Limited, has acquired a 50% controlling stake in Bluetile Games S.L. and BestPlay Systems S.L., for an initial consideration of approximately $100.3 million (~₹918 crore).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co acted as legal counsel to the sellers on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Natashaa Shroff (Partner), Taranjeet Singh (Partner), Gouri Puri (Partner), and Rahul Yadav (Partner), with support from Nimish Malpani (Principal Associate), Pundrikaksh Sharma (Senior Associate) and Tushar Kumar (Associate).

The transaction strengthens Nazara’s presence in the global mobile gaming ecosystem, providing access to Bluetile and BestPlay’s portfolio of casual and social mobile games, supported by AI-assisted development capabilities.
