Oriental InfraTrust acquired the stake in Rajiv – Chowk (Sohna) Highway.

Oriental Structural Engineers Private Limited has divested 100% equity stake in Rajiv – Chowk (Sohna) Highway Private Limited (which holds a hybrid annuity road asset awarded by the National Highways Authority of India) to Oriental InfraTrust.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Oriental Structural Engineers on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Kushal Sinha (Partner) and Dhrupad Pant (Partner), with support from Paulose Abraham (Principal Associate), and Associates Pratyush Gupta and Abhishek Choudhary.
