Delhi-based delivery and e-commerce logistics firm Delhivery has acquired 100% of the share capital of SpotOn Logistics.

Delhivery is purchasing equity shares from Samara Alternate Investment Fund, Samara Capital Partners Fund II Limited, Xponentia Fund Partners LLP, Xponentia Opportunities Fund I and Virginia Tech Foundation, Inc.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Delhivery and the team was led by Partner Nivedita Tiwari along with Principal Associate Akshaya Iyer, Senior Associate Abhinav Kumar and Associates Surabhi Gupta and Gunjan Garg.

Capital markets was led by Prashant Gupta (Partner).
