Samisti Legal acts on Toothsi US$ 40 million fund raise

Dental care start-up, Toothsi, has raised US$ 40 million (approx ₹310 crore) in its fundraise with a primary investment of around ₹75 crore from Siddhant Partners (Family Office of Medlife promoters).

Samisti Legal acted as legal counsel to Siddhant Partners (Family Office of Medlife promoters).

The team was led by Parshant Jain (Partner).

The round was led by Eight Roads Ventures, South Korea-based Paramark, IIFL, among others.

In August last year, the firm had raised $20 million in a Series B funding round led by Eight Roads Ventures, Think Investments and the Mankekar Family Office. Before that, in January 2021, toothsi raised $5 million in Series A funding, reported ET.
