Samisti Legal, VERTICES PARTNERS act on Balwaan Krishi ₹100 crore Series B fundraise

Modish Tractoraurkisan Private Limited, dba Balwaan Krishi, has raised ₹100 crore from a Series B fundraise led by First Bridge India.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised lead investor First Bridge India, which invested ₹70 crore in this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner), with a team that included Sajal Jain (Associate Manager), Associates Liji Anna Thomas and Mansi Dixit.

Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

The transaction was led by Prashant Jain (Founder & Managing Partner), along with Anita Dugar (Partner).

Founded in 2016, Jaipur-based Balwaan Krishi is an agricultural machinery and equipment brand built specifically for small and marginal farmers who cultivate less than two hectares of land.

The new capital will be deployed by the Company across three strategic priorities: expanding domestic manufacturing capacity, strengthening its dealer and service network across Southern India, and developing the next generation of farm equipment.
