Aequs Private Limited, a Belagavi-based contract manufacturing company, has raised ₹225 crores from Amicus Capital.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas assisted Aequs on all the legal and regulatory aspects of the transaction, including structuring of the deal, undertaking due diligence as well as drafting, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents. 

The transaction team consisted of Jay Gandhi (Partner), Abhishek Parekh (Partner), Ankit Parekh (Associate), Yash Kedia (Associate) and Yashvardhan Mittal (Associate).
