Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Mubadala on divestment of stake in Cube Highways Trust

Mubadala Investment Company has divested its entire unitholding, held through its affiliate Seventy Second Investment Company LLC, of approximately 3.35% in Cube Highways Trust.

The divestment was undertaken through on-market block trades on the stock exchanges pursuant to an accelerated bookbuild process, with the units acquired by a range of institutional investors.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Mubadala Investment Company on this stake divestment.

The transaction and regulatory team comprised Nikhil Naredi (Partner), Manjari Tyagi (Partner), Deepika Goyal (Counsel), Harini Jambunathan (Senior Associate) and Kashvi Vachhani (Associate).
