Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited has made a preferential allotment of 77,02,182 fully convertible warrants aggregating to approximately ₹600 crore in favour of Promoters Dr. Abhinay Bollineni and Mr. Adwik Bollineni and Promoter Group Bharas Ventures LLP.
