SKS Advisor, CMS INDUSLAW act on WanderOn Pre-Series A fundraise

WanderOn is a travel-tech company that offers community-focused, curated group travel experiences for millennials and Gen Z in India and abroad.

WanderOn has raised ₹54 crore from a Pre-Series A fundraise, co-led by DSG Consumer Partners and Client Associates Alternate Fund.

SKS Advisor advised WanderOn on this fundraise. The firm advised on Legal Due-Diligence & Corporate Governance and also facilitated the smooth closing of the round.

The transaction was executed by Amanpreet Kaur (Lead – Delhi NCR) and Prachi Gupta (Associate) under the guidance of Neha Bhutoria (Partner) and Sandeep Kumar Singh (Managing Partner).

CMS INDUSLAW advised Client Associates Alternate Fund on its investment in WanderOn.

The transaction team consisted of Avimukt Dar (Founding and Senior Partner), who provided strategic inputs on certain aspects of the transaction, along with Rashi Bharadwaj (Partner), Aditya Kumar (Senior Associate) and Mahak Agarwal (Associate).

The funds will be utilised by WanderOn to expand its destination portfolio, strengthen its product offerings and further scale its operations.
