SNG & Partners acts on Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures by DLF Cyber City Developers

The debentures have aggregate face value up to ₹1,350,00,00,000.

DLF Cyber City Developers Limited has issued and allotted 1,35,000 senior, listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable, rupee-denominated, non-convertible debentures having a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating up to ₹1,350,00,00,000.

SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to the investors and debenture trustee. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to reviewing, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documents and subsequent listing of the debentures on the stock exchange.

Amit Aggarwal (Senior Partner and Head of Corporate Practice) acted as the engagement partner for the transaction.
