Lenders, in a multiple banking arrangement, have provided green financing, aggregating up to ₹1,065 crores availed by Prahitha Constructions Private Limited.
The said green loan facility has been secured by way of a charge over the immovable properties owned by Prahitha Constructions.
SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to the Lenders. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of transaction documents.
Amit Aggarwal (Senior Partner and Head of Corporate Practice) acted as the engagement partner for the transaction.
