S&P Global has sold their Global Engineering Solutions Business to investment funds managed by KKR, for $975 million.

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is serving as legal counsel for S&P Global while S&R Associates represented S&P Global on Indian legal aspects of this transaction.
