S&R Associates, ELP act on Sambhv Steel Tubes ₹540 crore IPO

Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited is one of India’s key manufacturers of electric resistance welded (ERW) steel pipes and structural tubes.

Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited has made an initial public offering of ₹540 crore, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹440 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating to ₹100 crore.

S&R Associates advised Sambhv Steel Tubes on this IPO.
