Bijlibox India Private Limited, dba VoltSeal, has raised funds from a pre-seed fundraise led by Theia Ventures, with participation from Rainmatter by Zerodha, Momentum Capital, Social Alpha and a group of angel investors.

TLH, Advocates & Solicitors advised VoltSeal on this fundraise. The Firm advised on the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of the definitive transaction documentations.

The transaction team consisted of Prateek Batra (Partner), Mayank Labh (Senior Associate), Vanshika Gupta (Associate) and Rishit Bhushan Srivastava (Associate).

VoltSeal is engaged in the development of electricity storage and power supply systems.

This was the Company's first institutional funding round and supports the distributed battery energy storage infrastructure for India's commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.
