Trilegal advised Patel Greentech Private Limited on the structuring, drafting and finalisation of tender documents for the appointment of contractors to undertake land aggregation, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and operation and maintenance (O&M) services for a proposed 700 MW solar project in Gujarat.

The mandate involved advising Patel Greentech on the end-to-end structuring and preparation of the tender package, including the notice inviting tender, bid instructions, project requirements, bid submission forms, and EPC and O&M term sheets. Trilegal also advised on the bidder qualification and submission framework, the proposed downstream EPC and O&M contracting structure, and the allocation of key project risks across land aggregation, design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, statutory approvals, grid connectivity interfaces, free-issue materials, and O&M obligations.
