Trilegal, Anagram act Körber acquiring 100% ownership of Godrej Körber Supply Chain

By integrating the Indian business into its global network, Körber aims to accelerate the adoption of advanced automation, software-driven logistics and intralogistics solutions across sectors.

The Körber Group has acquired a 49% equity stake held by Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited in Godrej Körber Supply Chain Limited. With this acquisition, Körber Group has acquired 100% ownership of Godrej Körber Supply Chain, fully integrating the company into its global supply chain business and further strengthening its presence in India. 

Trilegal advised the Körber Group on this transaction. The firm's scope of work included providing transaction-related advice (including corporate, foreign exchange and competition aspects); reviewing, negotiating, and finalising the share purchase agreement; and assisting in the closing of the transaction.
