Trilegal, SAM advise Tablespace Technologies in investment from Hillhouse Capital

Tablespace Technologies Private Limited has received an investment from the Hillhouse Capital Group involving a primary issuance and a secondary transfer of convertible and ordinary shares.

Trilegal advised Tablespace Technologies and its founders in transaction structuring, and negotiating and drafting transaction documents, in relation to the investment.

The transaction team was led by Harsh Maggon (Partner, Corporate), Ankit Kejriwal (Partner, Corporate), Pranav Atit (Partner, Corporate) and Mridul Kumbalath ( Partner, Real Estate).
