Trilegal acts on Brookfield acquisition of controlling interest in Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solutions

Brookfield Asset Management has acquired a controlling interest through its affiliate in Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solutions for approximately ₹2965.3 crores ($360 million).

Trilegal advised Brookfield in this deal.

The deal was led by our partners Ankush Goyal (Corporate), Nayantara Nag (Projects) and Deep Choudhuri (Corporate).
