Trilegal, Khaitan & Co acts on Runwal Enterprises ₹500 crore IPO

The proceeds from the IPO will be used for repayment/prepayment of full or in part of certain borrowings availed by the Company and its subsidiaries.

Runwal Enterprises Limited has launched an initial public offering aggregating to ~₹500 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 16,398,962 equity shares.

The transaction was led by Richa Choudhary (Partner) and Maitreya Rajurkar (Partner), with support from Pooja Tada (Senior Associate) and Associates Yug Gambhir, Siddhant Mishra, Samruddhi Varma, Shreyansh Gupta, and Arnab Goswami.

Sai Krishna Bharathan (Partner) provided strategic inputs on the transaction.

Khaitan & Co advised the Book Running Lead Managers, ICICI Securities Limited and Jefferies India Private Limited, on this IPO.
