Sula Vineyards, India's leading wine producer initiated an Initial Public Offer (IPO) by way of an offer for sale of up to 2,69,00,530 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each amounting to ₹960.35 crore by promoters and existing shareholders.

The participating shareholders include promoter Rajeev Samant, Cofintra SA, Haystack Investments, Saama Capital III, SWIP Holdings, Verlinvest France SA, Verlinvest SA and others.

The Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) on the transaction included Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, CLSA India Private Limited and IIFL Securities Ltd.

Trilegal acted as the Indian legal counsel to the BRLMs in this IPO and the team was led by Partner Richa Choudhary and comprised Senior Associates Avanti Kale and Maitreya Rajurkar, and Associates Sanya Chaudhari, Aayush Khandelwal, Aman Bahl and Urmil Shah.

Linklaters Singapore acted as the international legal advisors to the BRLMs in this IPO.
