TT&A advises IFC on sanctioning $35 million to PRAN-RFL Group companies

The finances are being availed by Mymensingh Agro and Pran Dairy.

The International Finance Corporation is set to sanction loans aggregating up to $35 million to Mymensingh Agro Limited and Pran Dairy Limited, companies of the PRAN-RFL Group.

TT&A advised IFC on this financing transaction.

The transaction team consists of Gautam Saha (Managing Partner), Nikhil Bahl (Partner), Ankita Mandal (Managing Associate) and Maansi Mehta (Senior Associate).

The proceeds of these loans will be used, inter alia, by Mymensingh Agro for the expansion of its beverage manufacturing facilities and working capital requirements, and by Pran Dairy to enhance the production and processing capacity of its various dairy products, establish a dairy hub and milk collection centres and make necessary investments for strengthening its supply chain.
