TT&A, JSA act on Romsons securing investment from Temasek subsidiary

This investment will help Romsons expand its already significant presence in the medical devices and personal care & hygiene sectors.

Romsons Group Private Limited has secured an investment from Jongsong Investments Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.

TT&A advised Romsons with relation to the investment as well as the sale of certain shares of Romsons by the promoter group and other shareholders to Temasek.

The transaction team consisted of Gautam Saha (Joint-Managing Partner), Shivranjani Ralawata (Partner), Nishant Singh (Managing Associate) and Eshani Agarwal (Associate).
