TT&A, Phoenix Legal act on Guala Closures' acquisition of Oricon Enterprises

Guala Closures (India) Private Limited has acquired the business of manufacturing, trading and sale of metal crown seals and roll on pilfer proof closures of Oricon Enterprises Limited.
