TT&A, Trilegal act on Impact Fund Denmark investing $35 million in GreenCell Mobility

The investment will support GreenCell’s ambition to grow to 4,500 electric buses across more than 100 Indian cities.

Danish SDG Investment Fund II K/S (SDG II), managed by Impact Fund Denmark (IFU) has made an equity investment amounting to $35 million in GreenCell Mobility Private Limited.

TT&A advised Danish SDG Investment Fund on this transaction.
