Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has acquired 35.09% stake in Rivaara Labs Private Limited for total consideration of ₹36.57 crore.

The transaction was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner).
