Information Security Media Group (ISMG), a United States headquartered company has acquired a majority stake in Grey Head Media, a B2B media organization, focusing on the enterprise technology and cybersecurity domains.

This acquisition gives an impetus to further consolidate ISMG’s reach in the cybersecurity space and global partnership.
