Universal Legal advises ARAI Solutions on acquisition by IKS Health

This strategic acquisition marks a significant step for IKS Health in strengthening its AI capabilities.

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited (IKS Health) has acquired ARAI Solutions Private Limited.

Universal Legal advised and represented the Promoters of ARAI Solutions on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner), with support from Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner) and Preksha Shah (Associate).

ARAI Solutions is a company focused on applied research in artificial intelligence, specializing in AI transformation through a unique Train, Build, and Transfer (TBT) model.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant step for IKS Health in strengthening its AI capabilities and advancing its vision of building a full-stack, agentic AI platform for healthcare. The integration of ARAI Solutions’ applied research expertise and knowledge infrastructure is expected to accelerate innovation across clinical and operational workflows.

Last month, IKS had acquired US-based TruBridge Inc. for $565 million.
