Rivaara Labs has successfully raised its first institutional round of equity led by Amicus Capital and Kotak Investment Advisors Limited. Bharat Vinod Daftary, Founder of Rivaara Labs also participated in this round.

Universal Legal represented Rivaara Labs and Bharat Vinod Daftary in this fund raise.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner).

Rivaara Labs Private Limited is an emerging molecular diagnostic and point of care technology provider. The funds raised will be employed to upgrade and expand its reach.
