Tanas Capital acted as the lead investor in an investment into Sai Security Printers, a leading player across folded cartons, labels and security printing.

Universal Legal acted for Tanas Capital in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner), Henna Kapadia Poojara (Partner), Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner) and Ruchita Krishnan (Associate).

Sai operates two state of the art manufacturing plants across New Delhi and Bengaluru to serve its diversified customer base.
