Universal Legal assists Wondrlab India in majority stake acquisition in Cymetrix Infotech

Wondrlab India has acquired a 51% stake in Cymetrix Infotech for an undisclosed amount.

Marketing technology startup Wondrlab India Private Limited acquired a 51% stake in Cymetrix Infotech Private Limited, a leading salesforce consulting and data analytics firm, which has operations in the US and India.

The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.

Universal Legal represented Wondrlab India.

The transaction was led by Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Henna Kapadia Poojara (Senior Associate); and supported by Neelkamal Chaudhary (Associate Partner), Ruchita Krishnan (Associate) and Anjali Singh (Assoiate).
