Vertices Partners, IndusLaw act on Yellow Class raising $6 million

Ed-tech start up Yellow Class raised USD 6 million in its Series A round of funding from Elevation Capital along with existing investors, India Quotient, Titan Capital, and First Cheque and angel investors, Vidit Aatrey, Co-founder Meesho as well as Dhruv Agarwala, CEO, Prop Tiger.

Vertices Partners advised Yellow Class and its founders with a team led by Managing Partner Vinayak Burman.

IndusLaw advised Elevation Capital with a team led by Partner Manish Gupta.

The funding will be used to improve the product experience for both parents and children, and develop more holistic content, build brand awareness, hire for more people in their team across the product, technology and engineering verticals, and drive expansion in over 500 cities in India and international markets.
