Vidhigya Associates acts on Supreme Facility Management ₹50 crore IPO

Vidhigya Associates advised Supreme Facility Management Limited on raising ₹50 crore vide its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 65,79,200 equity shares.

The transaction team included Himanshu Pandey (Partner), Vedang Mehta (Principal Associate) and Yash Desai (Associate).

The IPO opened on December 10 and closed on December 12, 2024, with a price band set between ₹72 to ₹76 per share and a minimum lot size of 1,600 shares.On December 18, 2024, SFML's shares were listed on the NSE SME platform at ₹75 per share.

The IPO proceeds are intended to fund working capital requirements, pursue inorganic growth initiatives, and for general corporate purposes.

Supreme Facility Management Limited is engaged in the business of offering integrated facility management services such as soft services such as housekeeping and cleaning services, hard services including maintenance, repair, overhaul and performance management and staffing services; and other Support Services to industries across multiple sectors such as employee transportation, corporate food solution services, supply chain management services and production support services.
