Agrim Law is looking to hire Associates for its Civil and Criminal litigation teams in Gurgaon.

Job Description
Associate - Litigation (Criminal)
Nature of work:
Primarily trial work in PMLA and other white-collar crime matters
Drafting pleadings, applications and written submissions
Court appearances and conduct of proceedings
Legal research and case preparation
The role will involve daily appearances before the Gurgaon District Courts.
Preferred experience:
Criminal litigation, particularly trial work
White-collar crimes
PMLA matters (preferred)
Experience appearing before District Courts
Associate - Litigation (Civil)
Nature of work:
Arbitration matters
Civil and commercial suits and related proceedings
Drafting pleadings, applications and written submissions
Court/tribunal appearances, legal research and case preparation
The role will involve frequent appearances before Gurgaon District Courts, with occasional travel to Delhi for appearances in arbitrations and before the Delhi High Court.
Preferred experience:
Civil litigation
Arbitration matters (Preferred)
Good working knowledge of the CPC
Commercial Courts Act and commercial litigation
Experience appearing before District Courts / High Courts
Candidates who can join at the earliest, preferably within one month, will be preferred.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
