Anirudh Associates is looking to hire Associates/Senior Associates for Corporate and Commercial Litigation in Bangalore.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 1.5 years

Qualification: LL.B.

Location: Bangalore

Job Description

Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act.

Requirements

  • 1.5 years (18 months) PQE as a practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.

  • Having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates who can converse in Kannada are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently.

  • Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.

  • Represent before District Courts, Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals.

  • Assist the senior during evidence and arguments stage.

Remuneration: ₹4.5 lakhs to ₹6.5 lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate.
