Job Description

Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration, and Negotiable Instruments Act,

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience practicing law before Trial Courts in Bangalore.

  • Sound knowledge and expertise in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and/or the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Kannada.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently conduct legal research and draft notices, plaints, petitions, and other litigation-related documents.

  • Coordinate with clients and junior team members to ensure timely filing and effective litigation management.

  • Represent clients before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.

  • Assist senior counsel during the evidence and arguments stages of proceedings.

Requirements: Should be able to talk in Kannada and reside within 8 km of the office location.

Remuneration: ₹4.5 to ₹7 lakhs based on the candidate.

Post completion of 1 year, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. Probation period is 3 months.
