Job Description
Chambers of Harsh Kaushik (CHK) is an office focused on commercial and civil litigation spread across multiple fora and areas of law such as IPR, Aviation, IBC, Electricity, Competition, Arbitration, Telecom, Broadcasting, Education amongst others.
Drafting and vetting of pleadings and appearances before Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Tribunals.
Requirements
Prior experience in Commercial Litigation will be preferred.
Excellent drafting skills.
Seeking highly motivated candidates to serve as Advocates. The role requires managing complex disputes, advising corporate clients and a capacity to handle high stake litigation requiring delivery at short notice.
