jhana is looking to hire Real Estate Lawyer in Bangalore.
What you’ll work on
If you enjoy deep, hands-on real estate work, this role involves:
Conducting end-to-end title diligence and reconstructing chains of title across decades
Reviewing and analysing sale deeds, mother deeds, ECs, khata, RTCs, conversion orders, approvals, and related land records
Identifying gaps, irregular transfers, encumbrances, and marketability risks
Collaborating closely with a legal-tech product and engineering team to redesign property diligence workflows using technology
Mandatory Requirements
2–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate / property law
Strong, practical exposure to title verification and property due diligence (Karnataka experience preferred)
Ability to independently handle complex property documents and risk analysis
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
