PQE: 3 years
Qualification: LL.B.
Location: Mayur Vihar Phase - I, New Delhi
Job description
The ideal candidate is an experienced drafting counsel who is experienced in petitions that have been submitted before the Supreme Court. Drafting will include and are not limited to special leave petitions (civil & criminal), writ petitions, counter affidavits, rejoinder affidavits, and other miscellaneous applications.
Preference will be given to AORs. It is expected that the candidate adhere to the strict time limit and is available for improving or incorporating changes till the finalization of the draft.
Remuneration: As per industries standard.
