PSA is looking to hire a Corporate Transactional Lawyer in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 1 (One) 

PQE: 4+ years  

Qualification: Law Graduate

Location: New Delhi

Job Description

  • If you are a commercially minded business lawyer with at least 4 years of substantive PQE in corporate law, we invite you to join our team.

  • Interested applicants must possess demonstrable transactional experience in advising and counselling Indian and global conglomerates on diverse aspects of their businesses including commercial matters.

  • The role requires end-to-end support in M&A, PE/VC deals. This includes ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents, conduct diligence and conduct closings.

  • Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with market positions, juggle multiple facets of the work and possess very strong communication skills.

  • Position will offer both responsibility and exposure.

  • In your application, please detail two key deals and your role.

Requirements: Graduation or Post Graduation in Law

Remuneration: Compensation will be at par with boutique firm market and an annual performance linked bonus.
